OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital
My name is Mia Antinone, and I am a first year Family Medicine Resident at OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. I am a proud 2023 graduate of West Virginia University School of Medicine where I was a student leader in the. Culinary and Lifestyle Medicine Track. There I was the founder of West Virginia University SOM's Walk with a Future Doc chapter which I led for 4 years. I am a newly Certified Culinary Medicine Specialist with passions for nutrition and movement for both mental and physical health. I intend to emphasize culinary and lifestyle medicine into my practice in counseling whole families on better ways to prevent and manage chronic diseases through diet, movement, and wellbeing. My interests in medicine include pediatrics, obesity medicine, preventative care, and nutrition.
In my spare time, I enjoy baking cakes, cooking with friends, participating in group fitness, and traveling. I created a personal blog titled "Mia Gabriele" to document my journey of medicine and share recipes I love. I hope to utilize this platform for patients looking for healthy and convenient recipes as well as nutritional information. You are welcome to check it out!
